Build your own AIOS.

This is the AI operating system I've spent months building for my own work — the one I run every day. Now it's documented start to finish, so you can build your own. Do it yourself with the guide, let your agent wire it up with the skills pack, or start from the exact system I use. Same architecture, three ways in.

$47–$147 USD · one-time · yours for good
/ 01 · the offer

Three ways in. Yours for good.

Every tier ships the same guide. Higher tiers add the parts that take the longest to build yourself — you're never paying twice for the same thing.

/ 02 · straight talk

What this is, and what it isn't.

This isn't a course about prompting, and it isn't a pile of theory. It's the actual build — the same architecture behind the system I run every day and post about. Read exactly how it works, build it alongside your agent step by step, or start from the code itself and skip straight to using it.

The Guide won't hand you a one-click app — building it yourself means making choices, and some steps take an afternoon. If you'd rather start from something that already runs, the Complete Package skips that part: it's my actual system, stripped down and de-personalized, ready for your agent to configure to you in one sitting. Either way, you end up with something you understand and can change — not a black box you're afraid to touch.

And here's the part that's true no matter which tier you pick: the hard part was never the AI. It's the second brain that feeds it context. Get that right and the whole thing works — which is why half this guide, and the vault template in the Complete Package, is about your notes, not your code.

/ 03 · what you'll build

Ten chapters, in order.

Every tier includes all ten chapters — what changes is what ships alongside them.

01

What an AIOS actually is

The mental model before the tools — and why context, not the model, is what makes it work.

02

Set up your AI dev environment

Claude Code vs Codex vs Antigravity — the real tradeoffs, and the one I run day to day.

03

Go mobile — Tailscale + SSH

Reach your machine from your phone over a private network. No port-forwarding, nothing exposed.

04

Build the second brain

The note vault that gives the agent memory — structure, the CONTEXT note, the open-loops board.

05

Wire the agent to the brain

Standing instructions, a session-start protocol, and memory that survives across sessions.

06

Build the AIOS framework

The dashboard and control surface — local-first, and why it's more than a chat box in a UI.

07

Skills

Teach the agent to do your repeatable work the same way every time — and build your own.

08

Chat from anywhere

A persistent agent surface with per-thread continuity and live tool streaming — usable from your phone.

09

Make it yours

Everyone's AIOS is different. How to work with your agent to adapt the framework to your own work.

10

Keep it alive

Stop the system from rotting — retrospectives, drift checks, and a loop that improves itself.

Before you buy.

Which package should I pick?

Short version: want to learn by building it yourself? The Guide. Want the same result with less of your own typing? Guide + Skills. Want to skip straight to using it? The Complete Package. Still unsure? Email robert@wasserai.ca and I'll help you pick.

Why is the Complete Package so much more than the Guide?

You're not just paying for an explanation — you're paying for code I already wrote, tested, and use myself, stripped of my own data and repackaged so it runs on your machine. The Guide teaches you to build that over a series of afternoons. The Complete Package hands you the working result and skips the parts most people get stuck on — path issues, config files, the boring plumbing.

Do I need to be a programmer?

No — but you do need to be comfortable following technical steps and running the occasional command. The whole point is that the AI agent does the building; you direct it. If you can follow a recipe and copy-paste, you can do this, at any tier.

What does it cost to run, beyond the guide?

You'll want an AI coding subscription (Claude Code Pro is $20/month to start). Everything else in the core setup is free or already on your machine. The guide is honest about every cost as it comes up.

Can I upgrade later?

Yes. Buy the tier you're sure about, and if you want more later, email robert@wasserai.ca — you pay only the difference, nothing lost.

How do I get access after I pay?

Right after checkout you land in the reader, and I also email you a permanent link that works on any device. On Guide + Skills Pack and the Complete Package, your download is available immediately — on the confirmation page, in the reader, and in your email. No account to create, no password to remember.

Can I get a refund?

It's a digital product with instant access — the reader, or a download depending on your tier — so all sales are final, no refunds, at any tier. If you're not sure it's right for you, email robert@wasserai.ca before you buy and I'll give you a straight answer.
