Will this work if my team isn't technical?
Yes — most of our clients aren't. The skill files and the dashboard are designed to be read and edited by anyone who can use Word. The training portion of the install is specifically for non-technical teams. If your team can keep a shared inbox tidy, they can run an AIOS.
What if we already use Copilot or ChatGPT?
Good — keep using them. The AIOS sits beside any AI tool you've already paid for. Copilot and ChatGPT are chat boxes; the AIOS is the vault, the skill files, and the dashboard that give your team a place to actually put the work. They work together.
Who owns the configurations after the install?
You do. The vault, the skill files, the dashboard code, every workflow — all of it lives in your repos and your drives. We don't host anything. We don't lock anything behind a license. Cancel us and the system keeps running unchanged.
What does the 60-day support cover?
Email and Slack access for questions, plus one scheduled check-in call after the first month. We answer questions about the system we built, fix anything that breaks, and write small new skill files as your team finds friction we missed. After 60 days you can renew, scope a new piece of work, or run independent.
Can you sign an NDA or data-handling agreement?
Yes. We sign before the strategy call if your team needs that. The dashboard is local-first, the vault stays on your storage, and the skill files don't send your data anywhere. If you have specific compliance requirements, bring them to the call and we'll scope around them.
