Wasser AI

About

I built this to run Wasser AI. Then I started installing it for other small businesses.

Two parts of my life, kept honest about each other. By day I'm an account manager at a global appliance brand — I sell to retailers, run a customer base, hit quarterly numbers, use Microsoft Copilot like everyone else on the team. That's a great job. It's not what this is about.

On the side I run Wasser AI. Content, clients, the whole thing. And small businesses run on attention — there's never enough of it. So I built myself a system to stop losing hours to admin: an Obsidian vault for everything I read, write, and decide; a set of skill files that teach Claude Code how to do the parts of my work I don't want to redo from scratch each time; a local-first dashboard that surfaces what's active before I have to remember it; automated workflows for the repetitive stuff.

I'm not a developer. I'm a sales guy who got tired of forgetting things.

I built this as a non-technical person, for non-technical people. The skill files are markdown — anyone can read them. The vault is your own folders — anyone can edit them. The dashboard runs on your own laptop. It's not a platform. It's installed software, and it's the thing keeping me sane while I run Wasser AI.

Wasser AI is what happens when I install that same system for other small businesses. Five-to-fifty person teams. Founders and operators who feel the same drag I felt — emails written for the tenth time, projects falling between cracks, the constant low cost of a small team trying to keep up with a bigger one's amount of work. We come in, build it around how they already operate, train their people, and leave them with something they own.

For individual professionals, builders, the curious — there's the Blueprint. Same skill files, same prompt patterns, same configs I work with daily. $10/mo, capped at 50 founding members. The framework if you'd rather build your own.

The fastest way to figure out if this fits your team is the strategy call.
