These are the terms for using wasserai.ca and the Wasser AI Academy. Plain language, no tricks. If anything here is unclear, email robert@wasserai.ca and you'll get a straight answer.
The Academy
The Academy is free during the founding phase. Accounts require a real email, and you're responsible for what you post under your account.
Your content
Anything you post in the Academy stays yours. By posting, you give Wasser AI permission to display it inside the Academy, and to feature member wins and posts in Wasser AI marketing (like TikTok or the website) with your name attached. We'll usually ask before featuring you, and if you ever want something taken down from our marketing, email us and it comes down.
AI in the community
The Academy uses an AI assistant (Alpine). Alpine is always labeled as AI on its profile and posts, and never pretends to be a person. Messages from Alpine are AI-generated. Robert reads the community, but not every reply comes from a human.
Acceptable use
No spam, no scraping members' data, no harassment, no reposting other members' content outside the Academy without their permission, and nothing illegal. Accounts may be removed for abuse or extended inactivity.

Changes
These terms may change. The date above moves when they do. Continued use means acceptance.
