Pillar 3
Workflows
No Zapier. No n8n. No custom scripts running in the background. I don't run a single automation. I run one AI coding agent called Claude Code — and it turns out that's enough for almost everything. These are the workflows I actually use, documented in real time. One is free to read right now as a sampler. The rest are inside the Blueprint membership.
How Robert actually works
I have a full-time job. I have a side business. I have a rental property. I have a TikTok channel. I do not have time to maintain a zoo of automation platforms, and I don't believe most working professionals should either. The thing I run instead is one AI agent in my terminal, one second brain in Obsidian, and a set of small conventions that hold it all together. That's the workflow. The posts below are the pieces of it.
Free sampler
One workflow I publish free, as a sampler of the voice and depth of the paid tier. If you like this one, the rest are inside the Blueprint membership.
Inside the Blueprint
Three more anchor posts, each grounded in real work I run every week. Locked to founding members.
Research Workflows with Claude Code
Competitive audits, market scans, and document analysis with parallel subagents. A week of research in an afternoon.
Blueprint Workflow 3Your Second Brain with Claude Code + Obsidian
The Obsidian vault and the Claude Code hooks that keep them in sync. Context that survives between conversations.
Blueprint Workflow 4Planning with Your Second Brain
The four-stage pipeline I use to turn a messy idea into executable work: honest brainstorm, strategy split, action chunks, dashboard.

The next workflows I'm planning to document, each one grounded in real work I run. Founding members get them as they ship.
- Email triage with Copilot and Claude. How I use Microsoft Copilot in Outlook for the first pass and Claude for the hard drafts — the system that keeps my inbox from winning.
- Meeting notes to action items in 60 seconds. Copilot in Teams plus the simple template I use to turn a messy call into shipped follow-ups.
- Data analysis for non-analysts. Copilot in Excel plus Claude for pattern spotting — asking the right questions of a spreadsheet without being a data scientist.
- Reports and presentations in 30 minutes. The research-to-polished-deck pipeline I run when I need a presentation for tomorrow.
